Your GDPR Rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you the following fundamental rights:
Right of access (Art. 15)
You can request a copy of your personal data at any time, including the purpose of processing and the recipients.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can correct it directly or request our intervention.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
You can request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Right to restriction (Art. 18)
You can request the limitation of your data processing in certain circumstances, for example if you contest its accuracy.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to transfer it to another controller.
Right to object (Art. 21)
You can object to processing based on legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing purposes.

We process your data based on one or more legal grounds:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for analytics cookies and marketing communications
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): for sending quote requests to clinics
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): for platform improvement and fraud prevention
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): for compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements
GDPR Requests
To exercise any of your GDPR rights:
- Send an email to contact@ClickDent.eu with the subject "GDPR Request"
- Specify the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for identification
- We respond to requests within 30 calendar days
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.
